We have worked with Andi twice now and would never work with anyone else! She got us into our starter home 5 years ago which was a difficult transaction due to it being a HUD house. She got everything done flawlessly and helped us start our lives in our first home perfectly. Then, when we were ready to move to our family home, she got our first home listed for more than we were thinking and got it sold for over ask! Wow - 5 stars is truly not enough for Andi! My boyfriend and I just moved into an amazing house in Aurora, which we got through a long process of working with Andi over several years. While Andi has many strengths, including a positive attitude, knowledge of the market, and insider tips and tricks; the thing that sets her apart is her loyalty and dedication to her clients. In one of our early conversations, Andi let us know that she was "in it for the long haul" and prepared us for the fact that we would probably lose out on several offers- but that she would never leave our side. Despite several rejections, Andi never gave up on us, and never let us get discouraged. Her advice was to be "cautiously optimistic" at all times and not give up on our dream of becoming homeowners. We never felt pressured to go into a deal, and always felt supported in what is a very stressful/scary process. We couldn't be happier with our home, and we owe it all to Andi and her tenacity! We are lucky to end this journey with a lifelong friend who also loves dogs as much as Jack and I :)

Andi was unbelievably helpful, patient, and easy to contact throughout the process of buying our first house! She was not even my realtor, but she made me feel like she was. Andi Strouse is the best realtor we have ever worked with. She has helped us buy two homes and sell one. She is worth every penny, and let me tell you why: She is KNOWLEDGABLE. She has been doing this for decades and she knows the business inside and out. She knows contracts and negotiations. She knows red flags for homes that wouldn't even occur to you. She has even taught other realtors! She is your ADVOCATE. She will fight for you! She's an excellent negotiator and very savvy when it comes to making sure her clients get the best possible deal. She will tell it to you straight when there might be a problem with a house or a deal. She knew what we wanted better than we did and helped us to avoid wasting our time looking at homes that didn't really work for us. She is ALWAYS ON IT. When we found out that there might be roof issues, she was calling a roofing company 5 minutes later. Selling the house and it needs some paint? She knows the perfect person and she's already dialing them. Need an electrician out to the house on a holiday weekend Friday at 5:30pm? She will make 20 calls to get somebody out there so the sale stays on track. So if you're thinking of buying or selling, you couldn't possibly be in better hands! Thank you, Andi! 

I had a phenomenal experience working with Andi. She's extremely knowledgeable not only about the real estate buying and selling process but also about the market and things to look out for in the construction of houses. She was very responsive throughout the process, and she advocated for me in negotiating the inspection demands. I feel fortunate to have worked with her, as she got me connected with grants to use on down payment, closing costs, and the interest rate and was able to put me in my perfect starter home. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking to buy in and around Denver - she was amazing to work with.

As a first-time home buyer, we were very diligent going through the process of finding a realtor. Andrea was amazing to work with and I'd recommend her to anyone thinking about buying in the Denver market. The process of finding and closing in on a home took a couple months and Andrea made it a pleasure to go through. She super knowledgeable about the nuances on different sides of towns and streets. When doing walk throughs of homes together, she was keenly aware of all of the parts of the homes and what it would take to upgrade/replace/repair. This skill only comes with the vast amount of experience she has (>20 years). Lastly, she helped us through the negotiation process and helped us get a wonderful deal on a beautiful home. We will definitely be working with Andi for every real estate transaction we have in the area.
