Andi Strouse

Andi is a Colorado Native who loves any and all music, podcasts that motivate her to thrive, and the beautiful mountains that she grew up with in Denver. Her schooling initially started at Saint Vincent DePaul and Saint Mary's Academy, then progressed to Colorado State University where she received two degrees; an undergrad and Masters in Communication. 


The year 1993 was a big one for Andi. Not only did she get married to her husband Jim, but she also embarked on her journey to become a real estate agent and never looked back. Considering her time in real estate and having almost a decade worth of experience in appraisals as well, Andi is truly a Real Estate Expert. One aspect of her business that makes her stand out is that she has specialized in the HUD Good Neighbor Next Door program since 2009. This is notable because this is a lottery program for home ownership. Eligible candidates are police, fire fighters, teachers, EMTs…. and Andi!


Andi’s high energy, and infectious personality would have you think that just about anything would excite her. However, some activities that stand out are walking with her two black labs (Django and Raider), listening to music of all kinds, spending time with people who fill her heart, and sitting down at a coffee shop on the weekends with an excellent atmosphere to either journal or get ready for her next week. 


Her biggest inspiration is her mom, who is a huge influence in her life. So many lessons were given to Andi by her mother. One that really resonates and has served Andi well is “Nobody defines you, only you can define yourself.” Most of Andi’s incredible drive and ambition is attributed to the qualities that her mother and father instilled in her. Both of her parents made many sacrifices for Andi, predominantly for her education. Both Andi and her husband  have worked tirelessly to provide for their two sons Peter and Luke. One of Andi’s biggest accomplishments was to aid in supporting her children's dreams by funding their education. Andi wanted to follow in her parents footsteps. Peter will graduate in May with two degrees, one in math and one in statistics. He is becoming an actuary. Luke is a phenomenal guitar player and working on charting his course in life.


Andi holds a lot of pride in her BA and MBA degrees and the opportunities that they have afforded her, and in her Real Estate career. As your agent, Andi will work tirelessly for you every single day and be there for you every step of the way. She strongly believes that it is her job to educate, inform and empower her clients when it comes to the process of real estate. It is the biggest investment typically made in one's life. Andi prides herself in making it a smooth as stress free experience as possible.
